Hullers

The Muharata Muthokoi “Huller” is a favoured machine among our customers, as it is efficient, durable and easy to operate. The huller cleans and removes the skin of the grain and as a result the end hulled product produces (after milling, of course) very clean Grade 1 flour. This machine comes in two specifications;

Huller + 5HP motor and starter, capacity of 2 bags/hour

Huller + 10HP motor and starter, capacity of 3 bags/hour

Maize Huller/ Degermer

This is a machine that hulls (removes the outer skin) and de-germs the grain, as a result, the end product is milled to produce a very clean Grade 1 flour. The maize Huller produced by Muharata is a highly efficient machine and is available in two main specifications;

• 3 bags/hour – Huller coupled to a 15 HP motor (Electric) or 10 -12 HP engine (Diesel)
• 6 bags/hour – Huller coupled to a 20 HP motor (Electric) or 16 HP engine (Diesel)
